Southern California-based Villa Real Estate gives each buyer of its high-end properties a custom designed Welcome Kit that we created. Each Kit consists of a black-anodized box containing two leather screwpost books. Because most of the components of this kit are all part of our stock program, we're able to fulfill Villa's orders in less than a day, regardless of quantity. That flexibility and speed makes us a critical partner in their buyer support initiative. Note the branding added in the form of a laser-etching to the box and a debossing on the book, along with the custom foam insert.
